We want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn Audien Hearing apparel with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and intimate wear are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging and include any promotional materials or accessories that came with your order.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
